The first two links are just the two sides of the card, one for instagram and one for snapchat. Download it if you do not want to make any changes to it. The second link is the psd file. If you download it, it will open in Photoshop and you can make any changes that you want, such as changing the social media handle.
In order to get nice social media cards, you will need to order them. Otherwise, you can just print on normal paper. We ordered ours from gotprint.com and the order details are below:
